Hey all. Just wanted to check with you and see what was up with me since my senior year started. So far my high school's marching band had our first competition yesterday, and I'll tell you, it was FREEZING! I'm talking about 20 degree weather, snow and wind like ice. Here's the worse part: during our performance, almost all the instruments froze up! My didn't, thank goodness, but it didn't play any of the low notes. So when it came time to hand out the awards, we didn't get jack squat. All we got was a participation plaque and that was it. So I am basically pissed that we got cut down for not being able to play. But that's not going to hamper my good outlook I've had for a while

So the rehearsals for the fall play are going, and I'm am playing Sheriff Lem Marblehead in the play Mumbo Jumbo. I know what you're thinking. I'm a girl and I'm playing a guy's part. But I can live with it.

Now here comes the really good thing. One of my favorite book series, Cirque Du Freak: The Darren Shan Saga is coming out as a movie called Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant. I've been on traileraddict.com and watching all the stuff they have for it and I am just getting more and more exicted as the date (October 23) gets nearer and nearer. So that's it for now, and hopefully I'll get more updates soon. Oh, I've also started another club, Cartoon Fanatics Central, so if you can get to it, sign up so you can help create it.
